Not even so difficult as it seems to add themes in Windows XP. Do not add all kind of themes exe which will load the registry pc!
To give a new front windows-is enough to install a small patch for XP and solve everything! You can add themes easy!

Many times you wanted to put comments on a page on the About, for example, but not allowed theme. With a small and simple changes can get around this restriction.
Save a copy of the page.php to safety, then open it with your HTML editor preferred. Search words below
